Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Draft. This page has not been reviewed yet and may change before GrammarDeck launches.
If GrammarDeck Pro is not right for you, you can get your money back. This policy covers Pro bought on this website.
1. Cancelling
- Bought on this website: open your account page and click Cancel renewal. It takes effect at once.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel in your phone's subscription settings.
- After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
2. Full refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, monthly or yearly. You do not need to give a reason.
3. After 14 days and renewals
- You can cancel at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- We do not usually refund part of a period. If a renewal charged you by mistake, for example after you tried to cancel, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
- If we close your account without good reason, or stop GrammarDeck, we refund the unused part.
4. How to ask
- Paid in India (Razorpay): email support@grammardeck.com from the address on your account. The money goes back to the same UPI account or card within 5 to 10 working days.
- Paid outside India (Paddle): use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You can also email us and we will ask Paddle to refund you.
- Paid in the App Store or Google Play: Apple and Google handle these refunds. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.
When a refund is made, your account moves to the Free plan.
5. Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law. It does not take any of them away.
